Gus Deligiannidis

Konstantinos T. (“Gus”) Deligiannidis is a successful businessman and restaurateur. A native of Greece, he has earned an undergraduate degree in business and economics in Athens, Greece, an MBA from Michigan State University, and a teaching certificate from the University of Michigan. After a short corporate career in the U.S. and Greece, Gus moved back to the U.S. and went into the restaurant business. He currently owns and operates two full-service family restaurants and a real estate management company, and is active in his community and other business interests as well.

For over 20 years, Gus has worked diligently to develop his concept of health through nutrition and light exercise, and continues to dedicate time and effort toward increasing his knowledge of the subject. He has delivered several lectures on the topic, and wants to help others better their health by sharing his personal story.
