I am delighted to write you concerning your bread needs for your restaurants and your family. I was even more impressed when you informed me about your dietary schedule which includes bread with every meal that I have supplied to you for a long time now, and yet, you have lost 60 pounds and you have kept it off!!!
Gus, I absolutely agree with you in reference to the importance of bread in anybody’s diet. As you know, I have been in the bakery business for many, many years. Bread, especially the kosher one that our family bakery makes, is an extremely important part of our daily diet. It is the best fuel for our human engines.
For thousands of years bread was a primary staple in lives of people and those years people did not suffer from heart disease, didn’t have diabetes, didn’t have high blood pressure didn’t have osteoporosis, or suffer infirmities that ravage our health today.
